From 2025, the Hettich Group will deepen its network-based organisational structure and strengthen its renowned many-to-many management culture. Sascha Groß, Managing Director of Hettich Holding, has announced his decision to take on new professional challenges outside the company from next year, confident that his responsibilities are in capable hands.
The Hettich Group’s global workforce of 8,600 colleagues will continue to drive innovation by contributing their strengths, passions, and ideas more intensively, taking leadership roles in projects that resonate with them. In recent years, traditional management functions within the organisation have evolved, with many tasks being taken over by specialists or networks. This transformation has bolstered the company’s overall strength and adaptability.
Sascha Groß has decided to pass on his responsibilities at Hettich to his colleagues, marking the end of a distinguished 20-year career with the company. Over the past two decades, Groß has played a pivotal role in the expansion of international production sites and, in the last seven years, has significantly influenced the global strategic development of the Hettich Group.
Reflecting on his departure, Dr Andreas Hettich, Chairman of the Advisory Board and shareholder of the Hettich Group, stated: “We are very grateful for the journey we have taken together, the successes we have achieved and the lessons we have learned from each other, and we wish Sascha Groß all the best for his future plans.”
Commenting on his decision, Sascha Groß explained: “This is a very personal step that I have not taken lightly after my many years with Hettich – but it reflects my desire to explore new avenues and develop both professionally and personally. I firmly believe that this decision is in line with the values we live by at Hettich: trust, personal responsibility and creative drive. I know that the global management team is committed to continuing to enable and promote these values.”
Moving forward, the Hettich Group remains committed to meeting customer needs while fostering its many-to-many management culture. Customers will retain their established Hettich and FGV contacts and can continue to rely on the exceptional value proposition of both brands.
