Giardina Finishing is now collaborating with the Vinpack Group, a company with over 25 years of experience in machinery sales and services, to launch the Giardina India Experience Centre, a one-stop-shop for finishing solutions.

The first state-of the art facility providing builders, wood product manufacturers and furniture makers the ability to provide their clients with European quality finishes is an affordable and time-saving method. The traditional method of wood finishing is very manpower-driven. This means there is room for error and inconsistency in the quality of finishing. This method is also very time-consuming as it relies on waiting for sanding, stains, putty and paints to dry before proceeding to the next step.

An average person can manually finish between 20-25 doors or 45-50 smaller panels per day: about 500-700 square feet per day). Giardina’s completely automated line, which starts from calibrated sanding, ensures precision in the whole item being calibrated, and three-stage sanding process ensures a perfectly smooth finish. Its automated roller-coating or spray-coating lines ensure that the production process is done quickly while ensuring only the best finish and consistency in quality.

Whether it is open-pore or closed-pore, stain or natural finish, scratch-resistant coating, and gloss or matte, Giardina machines can achieve them all. Its lines have an efficiency of over 21,000 square feet per shift, ensuring that large orders can be fulfilled quickly, allowing for a faster turnaround for clients and shorter time in production waiting.

The Experience Centre is a 40,000-square-foot facility with spray lines, roller coating lines, complete finishing solutions, and logistics systems.

Giardina Finishing and Mauri Macchine: two brands united since 2012 in a single global entity, GiardinaGroup, for everything related to surface treatment. A proposal made even more complete by the acquisition, in 2020, of De Stefani, an internationally known powerhouse in the sanding sector.
