Next edition of Eurobois, the timber, woodworking machinery and fitting-out trade show, will be held at Eurexpo Lyon from February 1 to 4, 2022. The show ties in with the green transition, where wood stands out as a biosourced, renewable and low carbon resource for the future. Modernisation and the digitalisation of wood processing, upskilling, adapting to growing and increasingly customised demand are the challenges it faces.
This new edition of Eurobois reflects highly topical subjects, in particular the aims of the “France Bois 2024” project, which encourages the use of wooden constructions and fittings, especially French ones, in the building of facilities for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

4 major themes
Spurred on by its success in 2020, Eurobois 2022 is enriching its offering and content on headline themes, in line with the challenges the sector currently faces.
The first link in the timber industry chain, primary processing will take pride of place. Several innovations will be presented for the management of log yards, sawing or even sharpening and the production of ply.
Fitting-out will also be showcased at the trade show this year! Fitting-out professionals such as shop fitters, interior designers, cabinetmakers or even kitchen and bathroom manufacturers will discover the latest trends and new products such as panels, surface treatments, hardware, built-in lighting, tools and equipment.
The machines and solutions for digitalizing production will be at the heart of the 2022 show, attesting to the manufacturers’ constant commitment to modernizing and perfecting their tools.
Lastly, jobs and training, prerequisites for developing the sector, will naturally be spotlighted at this 2022 edition.
The 2022 edition will offer new digital services
The Eurobois 2022 edition is reinventing itself with new digital solutions encouraging exchanges of information and networking between the trade show’s exhibitors and visitors. The event will offer EUROBOIS CONNECT, a web platform and mobile app to encourage networking between all the sector’s professionals before, during and after the trade show. This new system will be available to all the exhibitors, visitors and partners of the exhibition.
