Elmia Wood introduces sustainable forestry

One of the world’s leading forest fairs Elmia Wood will be held from June 2–4, 2022, will includes a wide range of industry based exhibitors and visitors from large parts of Europe. The fair will have a European focus on the innovative and sustainable forestry of the future. The place is again the fantastic and versatile forest in Bratteborg south of Jönköping. Here, visitors meet the latest product news and get to take part in innovations among exhibitors from many different countries.

• Wood Innovation Loop – a guided tour along the innovative knowledge loop about the forest’s different values ​​and opportunities for future forestry, as well as visits to selected exhibitors.

• Wood Let’s Talk – on stage: Sweden’s Minister of Rural Affairs Anna-Caren Sätherberg on how the forest industry has changed over the past 50 years.

• Joint lunch as we also present our service to you during Elmia Wood.

Theme 2022 – The value of the forest for innovative and sustainable forestry

Finally, Elmia Wood will be 2-4 June 2022. It takes place as usual in the forest south of Jönköping.  Here, forest owners, entrepreneurs and forest officials meet where ideas are developed, contacts are made and businesses are created. It is a world-class industry party completely built in the forest where you can see and test forest machines, tools and innovative technology in its natural environment.

On site there will find opportunities and relationships to use the forest with new technology, knowledge in a sustainable way to protect the value of the forest. The fair will mainly be a European affair as the pandemic still holds its grip on large parts of the world.
