Drytac extends the global availability of ReTac Clear PET

Drytac, the leading international manufacturer of self-adhesive materials for the large-format print and signage markets, is delighted to announce the global availability of ReTac Clear PET PVC-free film. The award-winning product was initially launched in North America in September 2023 but is now also being made available to Drytac customers in the UK and in markets across Europe.

The ReTac Clear PET film, a component of Drytac’s renowned ReTac series, is a transparent, 3.0 mil (75µ) polyester (PET) product designed with environmental sustainability in focus. It features a clear ReTac adhesive that makes it perfectly suited for a variety of applications including point-of-purchase (POP), retail, and hospitality graphics. These can be applied to windows, walls, and countertops, making it a versatile option for enhancing visual marketing and display efforts.

This film is designed for easy and clean application on any flat or gently curved surface, eliminating the need for water during installation. Its user-friendly design extends to the removal process as well; it can be taken off without leaving any residue behind. This feature simplifies the update process for users, ensuring a hassle-free experience when it’s time to replace graphics that have served their purpose.

ReTac Clear PET is compatible with both Latex and UV printing technologies, offering flexibility in printing options. This product is available in rolls that extend up to 54 inches (approximately 137cm) in width. One side of the film is coated with ReTac’s ultra-removable adhesive, which is safeguarded by a layer of siliconized kraft release paper. This composition ensures both high-quality print results and ease of application and removal, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of projects.
