Dieffenbacher celebrates five years of CPS+

Kronospan and Dieffenbacher have jointly celebrated the five years’ anniversary of the first board ever produced on a CPS+. This was first introduced on October 1, 2016. The press is part of the particleboard line that Kronospan had ordered from Dieffenbacher for its site in Bjelovar, Croatia.

Customers’ plants has always been a key drive for Dieffenbacher and it is the biggest reason that they developed the CPS+.This technology drives plant efficiency more smoothly.

The double hinge in feed system enables rapid heat and crusher buildup. The motor-driven adjustment of the rolling rods in feet angle improves steel belt tracking . Also, interior and offset located cylinders ensure an ideal crosswise pressure distribution.
