AERO-LIFT makes the difficult task of transporting enormously long and heavyweight wooden planks easy with its AERO-TIMBER vacuum lifters.

With an AERO-TIMBER on the crane, even extremely long planks can be lifted and transported to their destination by just one person. Planks of different widths and weights can be handled without changeover time.

Features:

• The telescopic two-hand operating handle guarantees an ergonomic working posture with an optimum view of the workpiece.
• The switchable suction plates allow individual adaptation to different transport goods – without much changeover time.
• The suction plate made of sponge rubber adapts ideally to the wood surface – regardless of its structure.
• All functions of the crane and the device can be flexibly controlled via the radio remote control.

AERO-LIFTER vacuum lifting devices are designed and manufactured in accordance with the current safety standards as per EN 13155 and ASME B30, as well as tested and documented in accordance with the valid accident prevention regulations DGUV Regel 100-500 / BGR 500 and Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Appendix II A. Dual-circuit systems, suction circuit monitoring and digital vacuum sensors can further increase the safety of the systems. Furthermore, in addition to the technical acceptance test of the vacuum lifter, the electrical components are tested according to VDE 0113 and EN 60204 during the final acceptance test. The welding work is carried out professionally in accordance with the specific standards. A verifiable structural analysis for the vacuum lifters is also available.
