As rapidly aging population is fueling the already surging labor cost, it is definitely a high time for the manufacturing industry to rethink the workforce structure under this industry transformation period.
On one hand, under the threats of the sharpening labor shortage (especially skilled labor), China is losing competitive advantages on its massive population. Evolving cities in China are also competing for workers. On the other hand, in response to the change in labor structure, enterprises will significantly adjust the demand in labor in near future. It can be foreseen that large-scale application of automation and robotics will become an inevitable trend. This trend is believed to reshape the domestic form of the industry, which would bring profound impact to China’s manufacturing industry in future.
In this light, a special robotic engraving machinery area will be featured in Engraving Machinery Zone (Hall 7) to bring “CNC Robots in Action”, showcasing advanced CNC robotic engraving equipment and technology. Many leading enterprises such as XICHENG WEIYE, JINNAN YIMING, SUDIAO, SUPERSTAR, YUHUAN SHENGHONGFA, ULI-CNC and GSK have already reserved their booth at WMF 2016.
