2020 delivers significant message to customers and partners

The current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is a worrying time for everyone, both from a personal and business perspective. At 2020, they are working hard to come up with ways to help your business cope. They don’t have all the answers, but there are some things that might be of assistance as they all continue to navigate these unchartered waters.

 

Support

2020’S support agents are now working remotely but have full access to their support and business systems. They aim to maintain the level of service one depend on for his/her business. While some delays in their response to customer enquiries is inevitable, they hope one can be patient as they adapt to this new, but hopefully temporary way of working. 2020 is requesting to everyone to continue to contact 2020 as one normally would to reach their service or support agents.

 

Training

Unfortunately, in-person trainings have had to be cancelled, but their training team has worked quickly to transform their classes into an online format. Limited classes will be announced shortly, with more to come. 2020 is also working on providing customised classes to fit into everyone’s new schedules.

 

Tips of the day

2020 will soon starting some live “tip of the day” presentations on Facebook where one of their experts will be sharing their favorite techniques and productivity tips. These free sessions will be unscripted and informal and are intended to help us connect with agents/customers/collaborators as a part of the 2020 community.
