HOLZMA will be exhibiting for the first time at DACH+HOLZ International in Stuttgart – an important trade fair for facade and partition wall manufacturers too. Reaching out to this target group, the long-established saw manufacturer recently added a new development to its product portfolio that adopts a completely new approach to production processes: the HPP 300 multiTec.
HOLZMA’s HPP 300 multiTec is a unique saw that completes three different processing steps in one pass with a high level of precision and fully automatically: sawing, drilling and routing. Ready-to-assemble elements, requiring no additional processing on the construction site, are the result. HPP 300 multiTec’s features are:
• Enormous cost savings as a result of drilling directly on the saw
• Ready-to-assemble elements
• Significantly shorter processing times
• Handling operations are reduced, minimizing the risk of damaging parts
• Resulting dust does not collect on the panel, therefore parts require no cleaning
• Software-controlled with numerous enhancement options
• Suitable for almost all panel materials (e.g. wood, plastics, plaster, composite materials
