Wood Taiwan, one of the Asia’s leading cutting-edge machinery trade shows will receive booth application from September 13. Taiwan International Woodworking Machinery Show is scheduled to begin from April 20, 2023 at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Centre Hall 1. The show attracts exhibitors from every facet of the industry, namely woodworking machinery makers, timber, hand tools, DIYs and furniture hardware and anyone who wants to showcase their woodworking solutions.
The show is organised by Taiwan External Trade Development Council (Taitra) who remarked “It’s going to complement the industry’s goals of increasing businesses, supporting our industry professionals, initiating green projects, and making sure that Wood Taiwan continues to be a leader in Asia when it comes to woodworking machinery around the world,”
After the pandemic, good amount of physical shows are happening. The shows are happening as scheduled. Recently a show has been concluded in US. The show witnessed not only the growth of the automation and smart manufacturing after the pandemic era but also the growing digitalisation that are used for monitoring, forecasting and diagnosis.
The concept of sustainability is also becoming exceedingly popular. Many events are now planning convention meetings that are mandatorily sustainable and promote green tourism in some way or the other. The purpose of monitoring is also becoming very important. Even at Wood Taiwan the green future plan has been incorporated. The theme of the event is ‘Envision a Greener Future’.
Taitra will launch a Sustainability Advocate initiative to encourage exhibitors to share how their solutions can contribute to the sustainability of the earth. The concepts embody the spirit of Wood Taiwan 2023. All manufacturers who take part in the initiative can get Wood Taiwan’s will get access to free promotional resources and sustainability Advocate badge.
