With the construction of a new sawmill, Tschopp Holzindustrie AG has impressively increased its capacity to 350,000 cubic metres of wood per year.

The production of shuttering panels generates a lot of wood residues, which is 100% utilised thanks to our high-performance solutions. Chips, sawdust, offcuts and bark are shredded efficiently and transported dust-free – perfect for sustainable processing.

“Vecoplan projects are always new and always different. Each project brings new challenges, experiences and insights. That’s what makes it so exciting.” – Michael Müller, Project Manager, Vecoplan AG.

The result: up to 120,000 tonnes of pellets per year, covering the entire heat requirement of the wood processing plant and 9.4 million kilowatt hours of green electricity. This is an impressive example of how technology and sustainability can go hand in hand.

Vecoplan offers many opportunities for anyone who wants to grow professionally and make the world a better place while doing so. However, they do not only associate their responsibility to the environment with their products and solutions for customers – the level of their responsibility to Vecoplan’s employees also exceeds the usual corporate level.
