STRIEBIG AG is looking forward to LIGNA.23 while focusing on model diversity, digitalisation, individuality. “We are looking forward to the overall LIGNA experience. Personal encounters will again be possible in user and dealer discussions and with market companions. Striebig will be presenting a wide and individual range of vertical panel saws. At the same time, we will be presenting a wide range of possible applications for our digital solutions.” Daniel Bucher, Striebig CEO, expects interesting trade fair days in Hannover.
Model diversity
With the STRIEBIG 4D and CONTROL high-end saws, the COMPACT entry-level model and the EDITION 60 anniversary saw, the company will be showing an excerpt of its model diversity. With the STRIEBIG 4D, the entire horizontal and vertical transport of the workpiece is fully automatic. The CONTROL can be easily and conveniently controlled via a 12″ touch screen with logically structured user interface (HMI). With its integrated panel lowering device, the EDITION 60 enables smooth 1-person cutting with a hand-guided vertical saw.
Vertical saws digitally
The continuous data flow through the production with direct data connection to the vertical saw is indispensable for many users. Striebig offers a comprehensive range of solutions for this.
Many Striebig models can be retrofitted with the OptiDivide system, which works independently of the machine control. CONTROL and STRIEBIG 4D can be equipped with BaseCut or ExpertCut ex works. BaseCut enables cutting optimization via the touch screen on the saw. ExpertCut takes data from the CAD or ERP system in the office. Cutting optimization software specially adapted to the saw processes the data, transfers it to the saw and guides you step by step through the panel cutting process.
Universal individuality
With the appropriate equipment, vertical Striebig saws can be used universally for various composite panel materials, aluminum- or plastic panels. Panels up to 25 square meters in size can be cut with the well-known Swiss precision on a small footprint.
