Sonae Arauco is all set to showcase its furniture highlights, which includes a number of brand new product introductions, at SICAM 2022. The global maker of wood-based materials is focusing especially on its environmentally friendly and sustainable design solutions under the slogan “Shaping the future.”

“Sustainable design concept approach”

The design product portfolio is especially crafted with an elevated understanding and personal appreciation, for the ‘Stay at Home’ pandemic guideline. This is the space that the brand attempts to redefine for its customers. People yearn for environments that provide protection, safety, and a sense of well-being, whether they are within or outside of their own homes. Such areas can be profoundly influenced by natural design components, such as wood combined with soft unicolors. Sonae Arauco demonstrates how precisely trend-oriented interior design is made possible with its creative pre-existing themes and the most recent Innovus new advancements. These were developed using a “sustainable design concept approach,” which is becoming more and more crucial on a worldwide scale.

SICAM 2022 will feature an assortment of natural wood decor varieties paired with stone, metal or even abstract surface appearances and textured haptics, in perfect harmony with the palette of neutral colours. The Karlstad Oak Pale with the Flow texture, depicting an oak in transition from rusticity to elegance and in which the naturally occurring elements like grains, cracks and colour streaks flow effortlessly into the greater picture, is a fantastic example of authentic material experience.

Sonae Arauco will demonstrate practical application strategies for its ground-breaking wood fibre composite material for compression moulding at SICAM: Applications like unique deep structures in the furniture surface or tasteful arches and curves in the furniture element are made possible by 3DF, or three-dimensional fiberboard. Additionally, 3DF’s surface has a highly homogeneously closed surface after pressing, making lacquering a great fit. It may also be immediately coated with flexible CPL or foil during the moulding process.
