The 28th International FORUM HOLZBAU has just wrapped up, radiating a fresh energy and delivering highly positive outcomes! FORUM HOLZBAU was held from December 4 to 6 in Innsbruck. SCM took centre stage with OIKOS X+, the latest CNC machining centre designed for high-volume production of solid wood and Glulam straight beams.

OIKOS X+

The OIKOS X+ has established itself as the ultimate solution for precision and productivity in sustainable construction, thanks to its flexibility, enhanced by a 6-axis machining unit and a 5-axis sawblade unit designed for deep structural cuts. This particular product is the new CNC machining centre characterised by high speed of execution and configurability. It was designed for the production of structural elements in glulam and solid wood with cross-section max 450*240 mm.
