Schattdecor is pretty excited to participate at the much-awaited show SICAM 2024 edition which is going to be held this October. Schattdecor will showcase and focus four new trend themes at Hall 6, Stand A30/A34.
These themes are completely based on the current trend concept “Freiraum” and reflect fresh impulses and trend movements, as seen at the Milan Furniture Fair in spring. What is particularly exciting is that some of the new decors are based on Schattdecor’s successful “Concept Sense+” format, in which decor developers and customers work together to develop possible trend themes for the future.
The trade fair concept
The new stand concept effectively highlights the four interconnected trend themes, with each trend world showcased through its own distinct color and material collage. This engaging approach emphasises the global market leader’s exceptional design and consulting expertise. By incorporating more storytelling and insights into trend research, the concept offers customers a sense of confidence and assurance.
New trends at Sicam
The four trend worlds show diversity: They pick up on current impulses and range from minimalist decors ala “Japandi” to more expressionistic layouts. Particularly interesting is the play with other natural materials, which leads to new surface looks and arises from the design trend towards a new aesthetic and material acceptance.
New products & bestsellers
The decors featured in the four trend worlds are predominantly new developments, including several created during the “Concept Sense+” workshops at the previous Sicam and Interzum events. This year, visitors will once again have the opportunity to engage with Schattdecor’s design, sales, and decor development teams at the exhibition stand to discuss the latest decors in development. With a selection of modern, trend-driven designs and close collaboration with both customers and the market, Schattdecor reaffirms its expertise as a leading source of design and consultation at this year’s Sicam.
In addition to the four new trend themes, the decor developer is relying on its international “Top Seven”, which have been successfully positioned on the market since interzum. They were rated “very good” by customers and markets and all showed great potential. They combine quality and timeless design and have won the trust of customers and consumers. Sustainable because they are long-lasting, they could be the next bestsellers.
