In light of the recent global circumstances, the past five years have posed numerous challenges to both the market and the industry at large. Nevertheless, amidst this demanding backdrop, Schattdecor do Brasil remained steadfast in its forward-looking approach, consistently striving for enhancement and progress. Through unwavering dedication to continuous improvement, the company exhibited a strong belief in the growth potential of its customers, partners, and the broader market, evidenced by targeted investments aimed at delivering products and services with utmost efficiency.
The last and most recent investments were in expanding the production capacity of Impregnated Surfaces, which, naturally, also boosted progress in terms of solutions for Printed Surfaces.
The next important milestone in this expansion plan is the implementation of Schattdecor’s fourth printing line in Brazil. The recent acquisition of the equipment took place in the first half of 2024 and is expected to begin operations in 2025. This state-of-the-art equipment will increase annual printing capacity by up to 50%, providing not only improvements in quality controls, but also reinforcing further the operational safety and energy efficiency of the industrial park.
Moreover, in the forthcoming three years, there are plans for significant expansion within the Brazilian units, encompassing the augmentation of offices, cafeteria facilities, and stock areas. This strategic initiative is geared towards bolstering logistical and operational capabilities to effectively support the anticipated growth trajectory.
“These investments reflect our commitment to providing excellent products and services to the Latin American market”, says Sandra Mohr , Commercial and Design Director at Schattdecor do Brasil. “We are confident that our market will continue to expand and we are prepared to meet future demands.”
Schattdecor understands that this cycle of investment and expansion is only possible thanks to the trust of its customers and partners in its team and technical capacity. “We are very pleased to announce these contributions, especially to guarantee the continuity of the level of service provided to the production chain in which we are inserted”, concludes Gerson Souza , Industrial Director at Schattdecor do Brasil.
Such investments and an optimistic outlook for the future demonstrate the Schattdecor Group’s continued confidence throughout Latin America, reinforcing its commitment to the region and its growth potential.
