REHAU and Thiel Fensterbau have been working together intensively and in partnership for 55 years. The anniversary partners now honoured the stable and long-term cooperation in a festive setting. A future agreement cements that the success story will continue and that both parties will continue to make a significant contribution to CO2 reduction in the future.
Erlangen, October 6th 2022 REHAU Window Solutions is a strong and reliable partner for window professionals with vision. The Franconian family-owned company is all the more pleased about a particularly long-standing and fruitful cooperation: the cooperation with Thiel-Fensterbau GmbH has now lasted 55 years.
To mark this occasion, Thomas Rück (REHAU Sales Manager Germany-South and Switzerland) and Ralf Sperber (REHAU Sales Representative) visited the Thiel team together. Outstandingly intense personal contacts have existed for a long time with the management, who received a worthy certificate of thanks for 55 years of intensive joint work.
Expertise and progress as a stable foundation
“Thiel convinces with proven expertise and impeccable craftsmanship in the processing of our products. We are looking forward to continuing on this path, also with regard to our innovations, such as the new GENEO system generation, and to facing future challenges together,” said Ralf Sperber when presenting the certificate.
An important milestone in the decades-long relationship was the processing of the first window system RAUCRON from REHAU. Subsequently, the window construction professional Thiel took over the production of all further systems launched by REHAU on the market, from S701 to GENEO, made of the fibre-reinforced material RAU-FIPRO X. The range was continuously developed in line with the requirements of the market.

Thiel-Fensterbau GmbH celebrated its 100th birthday only in 2019. The family business was founded in 1919 in Wetzerwalde in the Sudetenland and has been based in Markt Bibart in the district of Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim since 1949. The company is driven by hard work, foresight and high quality standards. Thiel has had the ideal partner for this at its side for 55 years now in REHAU Window Solutions.
It is not least the common claim to put the customer at the centre that binds the two companies so closely together. This is to remain so: A joint agreement for the future cements that both family businesses will continue to take joint responsibility for the protection of our planet and for future generations.
