NCC will soon erect a brand new office in wood at Odense, Denmark. NCC has been commissioned by Mobile Industrial Robots and Universal Robots to construct a new head office of wood in Odense, Denmark. The project is a turnkey contract, and the order value is approximately SEK 450 million.
“In this project, we will have the opportunity to employ many of our skills, which also include construction in wood. We are now creating a dynamic office for two companies that are at the very forefront of their field. They will be moving into a top-class head office,” says Catarina Molén-Runnäs, Head of NCC Building Nordics.
The construction work will commence in April 2022 and the property is expected to be ready for occupancy in January 2024.
Founded in 2014, Crown Components serves framing and building contractors for residential, multi-family and light commercial projects. Crown Components manufactures all types of pre-assembled roof and floor wood trusses in a variety of shapes and systems, and provides full turn-key manufacturing services including materials takeoffs, truss design and jobsite delivery.
