Microvellum Software is excited to announce the integration of new hardware mounting options from Button-Fix in its latest Foundation cabinet library release. The update, now available in builds 24.0607 and higher, introduces a range of innovative solutions that enhance installation flexibility for angled panels, toe kicks, and more.
New Features for Easier Installation
This release brings mounting rails designed for angled panels and toe kicks, providing users with versatile options for installation. Panels can either be attached directly to the cabinet sides or mounted on rails, depending on project requirements. The update also introduces new fastening methods and customizable (X, Y) coordinates, along with lift-off clearance adjustments, ensuring more precise and easier hardware positioning.
Button-Fix Fasteners Overview
Microvellum has introduced three types of Button-Fix fasteners to further improve installation efficiency and reliability:
Button-Fix Type 1: This fastener offers flexible drop-down or sideways engagement with 3mm or 8mm gaps, making it ideal for acoustic, wall, or ceiling panel installations.
Button-Fix Type 2: Designed for seamless push-on engagement, this fastener connects panels at 90° angles or to frames, perfect for service access applications like bath panels.
Button-Fix Type 3: For a stronger hold, this fastener offers push-on/pull-off engagement with the same gap options, ensuring secure and reliable panel connections.
Versatile Solutions for Multiple Applications
The Button-Fix fasteners provide a fast, secure, and discreet mounting system, making them an ideal choice for a wide range of applications. From paneling walls and ceilings to assembling furniture and hanging interior fittings, these fasteners ensure quick, dependable installations.
