The Michem lube 160rph is the new and updated product which is an origin of Michem lube family. Basically, Michem lube is a versatile family of nanoscale wax emulsions, mostly carnauba and paraffin-based, used to improve processing and performance in many industries, as well as provide a wide array of surface properties.
The new Michem lube 160rph is a new water-based, wax emulsion additive from Michelman designed to control the coefficient the friction of flexible packaging coatings without compromising bond strength, heat seal, barrier or printability properties. This product has slip and anti-block properties.
The new addition to Michelman’s family of Michem Lube solution is compliant with specific FDA and EU food contact regulations on a wide range of substrates including paper, film and aluminum foil. The product is APEO-free and has formaldehyde-free slip additive which is made from renewable materials allowing to control the co-efficient friction.
This additive enters the formulation of acrylics, PVDc and Michelman low temperature heat seal coatings without affecting bond strength printability and barrier properties of the coatings. Michel lube 160rph fully complies with FDA and EU food contact regulations.
