Gentle gripper veneer feeding options handle even the thinnest sheets without breakage, while one-sided gluing reduces glue consumption by up to 25% compared to traditional roller systems. Additionally, a vacuum box feeding option is available for cross-grain sheets, enhancing versatility and production efficiency.
The use of paired ply numbers in one-sided gluing enables using thicker sheets inside the structure, bringing savings in glue consumption through a reduced gluing need. An optional camera analysis for gluing control further optimises chemical use.
