Martco LLC has successfully produced the first board on its new multi-opening OSB line from DIEFFENBACHER in Corrigan, Texas, United States. This is the third plant of its kind that Martco has commissioned from DIEFFENBACHER. The company, based in Alexandria, Louisiana, launched its first DIEFFENBACHER multi-opening OSB line in Oakdale, Louisiana, in 2006. In April 2018, production began on the second line at the Corrigan site, where the third line is now operational.
For the third line, Martco ordered from DIEFFENBACHER a 4-head forming station, a CombiLine—which transforms continuous forming into discontinuous mat preparation without raw material loss—and an 8 x 24 feet, 16-opening press. Additionally, DIEFFENBACHER supplied the line’s electrics and automation, along with an Intelligent Air Management System. This system enhances the climate of the production hall by capturing concentrated and diffuse emission sources and controlling the infeed and outfeed air streams.

The first board on the new plant in Corrigan is a wonderful conclusion to our anniversary celebrations and simultaneously the starting point for many more years that we will walk side by side,” Dieffenbacher continues.
