At LIGNA 2019, adhesive and coating producer KLEIBERIT was present to exhibit their new developments and innovations in modern adhesive technology and revolutionary surface finishing. Their booth at Hall 15, Booth 14 in the show floor attracted visitors to experience LIVE COMMUNICATION. It thus, evolved into a marketplace for practical live communication. Here, at the booth the demonstration was uniquely planned and projected to take customer experience to the next level and impress all visitors at LIGNA. It was seen that three lines ran continuously to ensure that visitors experience finest finishing of products as to be found in the real condition.
A line for specific finishing, digitally printed roll-material in the HotCoating process was used, so that materials of width up to 1.5m wide could be coated properly, and offer new possibilities in high quality wrapping of components, like doors. For the first time at LIGNA, KLEIBERIT further emphasised on showcasing adhesive solutions in ME quality. Under the theme “The future is now,” they demonstrated hotmelt adhesive that could be used in different applications. The product innovations further displayed the new features and then demonstrated additional safety features and easy handling technology.
The visitors experienced demonstration of ways in which the HotCoating process is updated to roll up to 1.50m wide that may be coated.
