Kemira has selected Linus Hildebrandt to oversee the company’s corporate strategy, with immediate effect to commence his new role from June 2023. He joins from Covestro, where he served as Head of Corporate Strategy from 2017 till the time he joined Kemira. Prior to joining Covestro, he worked in strategy consulting for more than 15 years, first at Kearney in Hong Kong as the Chief Operating Officer of the Asian Process Industries practise, then at Roland Berger in Germany and China. He graduated from Technical University of Berlin with a master’s in engineering management.
Kemira emphasises how pleased they are to welcome Linus to Kemira to lead the organisation’s strategy and to work with the Management Board to advance their transformation to sustainable growth. According to Jari Rosendal, president and chief executive officer of Kemira, Linus Hildebrandt has extensive expertise developing strategies on a global scale and has a strong background in the chemical industry sector.

Linus Hildebrandt has over 20 years of experience in creating and implementing effective organisational concepts, marketing/sales programmes, and strategies for the energy and chemical industries. He is knowledgeable with the dynamics and trends influencing the future of energy and energy-intensive industrial enterprises having worked widely in Europe and Asia.
