IMA Schelling Group establishes new branch in Croatia to enhance regional service

February 24, 2025

In a significant move to strengthen its footprint in Southeast Europe, IMA Schelling Group has officially opened a new branch in Zagreb, Croatia, effective January 1, 2025. The expansion aligns with the company’s Strategy 2030, which emphasizes international growth, decentralization of services, and enhanced regional expertise.

The newly founded IMA Schelling Adriatic d.o.o. will provide localized support, offering machine sales, modernizations, independent assembly, and commissioning of standard machines. Additionally, the branch will facilitate major projects, ensuring market-specific service and faster spare parts delivery. By bringing operations closer to customers, the company aims to enhance service efficiency and responsiveness to local needs.

Heading the new branch are Nediljko Jurišić, Sales Manager, and Damir Hadžić, Service Manager. They will focus on building a robust team capable of offering first-level support on-site. In the long term, the Zagreb office will function as a cross-border service center within the IMA Schelling Group.

“We want to be physically close to our customers, support them directly, and stay updated on market trends in real time,” said Nediljko Jurišić. “This proximity enables us to respond quickly and cater precisely to regional demands.”

A Key Component of Strategy 2030

The establishment of IMA Schelling Adriatic is a crucial milestone in the company’s long-term vision.

“With our new branch in Croatia, we are successfully implementing Strategy 2030 by enhancing service and sales operations,” said Maximilian Lehner, Managing Director of IMA Schelling Group. “This expansion optimizes processes, strengthens our international reach, and underscores our commitment to localized customer support.”

With this strategic move, IMA Schelling Group is set to solidify its position as a leading provider of industrial solutions across Southeast Europe.
