The KAMSTON Company picked i4F drop-lock technology for its new, cutting-edge SPC flooring production plant in the Cairo, Egypt, area, according to a statement released today by i4F®, a consortium of businesses that supply patents and technologies to the flooring industry. The production facility, which would be Egypt’s first SPC flooring plant, is expected to occupy about 6 million square meters. With an emphasis on offering premium “Made in Egypt” goods for both local and foreign markets, KAMSTON plans to start production in the third quarter of 2025 and will only manufacture SPC items using i4F’s cutting-edge drop-lock technologies.
KAMSTON’s state-of-the-art facility will adhere to the strictest international regulations and use energy-efficient procedures to reduce its negative effects on the environment.
