i4F®, a group of companies providing patents and technologies to the flooring industry, today announced the appointment of Adina Caldararu as Commercial and Demand Creation Director for Europe. Adina will drive i4F’s commercial as well as demand creation strategy in Europe from the company’s headquarters in Turnhout, Belgium. Reporting to the CEO, she is also a member of i4F’s management team.

With her extensive background within renowned organisations, and demonstrated ability to drive revenues through innovative strategies, I am confident that Adina will make an immediate impact on our growth in Europe. Her commitment to fostering strong customer relationships as well as cultivating demand creation will be instrumental as we expand our market presence in this mature and strategically important region.”
Adina brings extensive experience from her 18-year tenure at Royal Philips, where she held several senior sales roles. Her most recent position was Commercial Director for International Key Accounts, where she introduced a new strategic account management framework and boosted revenues through innovative channel strategies. Prior to that, she served as Commercial Excellence Director, leading efforts in strategy and transformation, advancing Philips’ commercial capabilities, spearheading innovative CRM initiatives, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
A Romanian national, Adina holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and journalism from the University of Bucharest. She also speaks several other languages, including English, French, Italian and Dutch.
