Among these technologies the SAWTEQ-130 entry level saw, SAWTEQ B-300 flexTec/B-400 flexTec, materialManager Advanced and Cut Rite V12 are the important ones.
The SAWTEQ B-130 is an entry level saw which can give better productivity as there the system is very systematic and flexible. The program can divide two strips different cross divisions. The element is ideal with intelliGuide Classic. The saves upto 30% more output, although that depends on the cutting pattern. The system also helps in easy management and sorting is also way easier than the previous version.
HOMAG is now focusing on the flexibility and efficiency of the products together. The SAWTEQ B-300 and SAWTEQ B-400 flextec are two robot saws that are getting highly popular these days. The robots also provide additional efficiency thus they are getting very popular in no time. Depending on the cutting program upto 1000 parts can be created and assembled with the help of these two robot saws. This increases the overall performance by 25%.
HOMAG also has plans to introduce materialManager Advanced-HOMAG innovation and automation. The optical machine parameters for cutting allows the performance potential to be increased by 8% and lowers tool cost upto 20%. The machine provides the freedom to adjust the recommended parameters at any time.
The System cutting quality (MSQ) can be identified with the regular checkups. The material specific warning also helps exceedingly to limit the speed. The maximum saw blade life can also be observed as well as the maximum saw blade lifetime. V12 cut rite is the software that makes the processes efficient and flexible as well as makes the data handling considerably safer.
