After approx. 15 years of continuous operation, they specifically optimised the glulam line at their long-standing customer Siero Lam in Asturias.
Together with the team on site, GRUPO SIERO thoroughly maintained the plant and optimised it in certain key areas.
For hardwood pioneer Siero Lam, this means:

The GRUPO SIERO is the fourth generation of a family company with more than 80 years in the timber sector. Throughout its history it has specialised in sweet chestnut wood and is currently the largest supplier of this species in the world. Grupo Siero is made up of 2 companies : Maderas Siero and Siero Lam.

GRUPO SIERO is specialised in sweet chestnut wood, a native forest species managed in a sustainable way. SIERO LAM, S.A. was created in 1995 for the manufacture and distribution of second transformation products: glued and/or moulded solid wood products. Siero Lam represents a forward vertical integration by the Siero Group, which allows the sweet chestnut harvesting to be optimised to the maximum.
