ABIES ITS introduced several timber processing solutions for digitization in woodworking. ABIES ITS GmbH, a company of the Latschbacher-Group- offers accounting and logistics solutions, from timber harvesting to timber processing. Latschbacher has been active in the forestry and timber trade for over years has introduced unique solutions to the timber processing industry.

Recently at LIGNA.23 in Hannover they have showcased the product range including WinforstPro and SignuMat.

WinforstPro’s offering ranges from mobile data collection using online and offline apps on site to logistics tools for transport order entry and recording of the electronic delivery note in the truck to a powerful enterprise resource planning system with a central database.

In addition to plastic plates with lasered or hot-stamped lettering, SignuMat also represents high-quality forestry equipment such as protectors, wood wedges, split stoppers and sliding calipers.

WinforstPro

Software for raw wood procurement with delivery control and logistics. Efficient raw wood supply in the processing industry is the key to success. The process includes purchasing with quantity planning, logistics and measurement at the mill, and invoicing of purchasing and all services. A customized selection of functional modules solves every customer requirement.

WinforstPro represents a very flexible software concept, which uses various software modules and apps to map all processes from the forest to the mill.

The processes in logistics are complex and diverse. No matter if there is a provision, transport orders are transmitted, or transport orders are generated from delivery bills: WinforstProNG supports all combinations of Incoterms (parities) with practical wizards. With the app for the LWK driver and dispatcher, simple and clear data acquisition is also ensured on the move.

From the measuring system, the determined data can be imported into the WinforstProNG database. The credit notes for the suppliers and service providers can be generated in a few steps with the serial document creation. The mail dispatch completes the efficient accounting.

SignuMat

SignuMat Tagging technology offers tags for logs with hot-stamped or lasered inscription.

Optionally, the tags can be designed with a bar code, QR code or data matrix code. For efficient and long-lasting wood marking.
