One of my proudest moments at Firefly occurred during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021. A colleague and I were tasked with upgrading an older Firefly system at an MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard) plant in Thailand. This project presented multiple challenges—long quarantine periods, strict hotel confinements, and complex documentation processes—yet it was a success. The ability to overcome such significant obstacles taught me valuable lessons in problem-solving, stress management, and adapting to evolving circumstances.”
