Federico Broccoli appointed Vice President of Acimall to drive growth in woodworking industry

Federico Broccoli, Chief Commercial Officer at Biesse Group, has been appointed as the new Vice President of Acimall, the renowned association of Italian manufacturers of woodworking machinery and accessories. Broccoli succeeds Raphaël Prati, who resigned from the position, and brings decades of expertise to this key leadership role.

Founded in 1956, Acimall represents the interests of Italian woodworking companies, playing a critical role in the global expansion of machinery manufacturing. Broccoli’s appointment was confirmed by the Acimall board, following a recommendation from the association’s President, Enrico Aureli.

In expressing his gratitude for the opportunity, Broccoli remarked, “I have known Acimall since 1985, and I have always admired its dedication, especially in advancing the global positioning of Italian woodworking companies. Joining Acimall is a proud moment for me as I’ve always believed in the power of collaboration within the industry.”

Broccoli’s leadership will be pivotal as Acimall approaches its 60th anniversary in 2026. With a deep understanding of global markets and years of managerial experience, Broccoli’s vision aligns with the association’s commitment to promoting Italy’s woodworking industry in an increasingly complex global market.

President Enrico Aureli also voiced his support for the new vice president, highlighting Broccoli’s profound market knowledge and experience. “Federico’s expertise in global markets will be vital to the continued growth and success of Acimall. His leadership will drive us to new heights,” said Aureli.
