Fagus-GreCon is welcoming new changes in the three-member management team. The shareholders of the Alfeld-based company have decided to welcome Mr. Mario Haas as the new third member of the Management Board as of December 1 2023, focusing on the technical aspects. This has been decided after the company has decided to reach a mutual agreement with Technical Technical Managing Director Dr Michael Gawronski to part ways. Dr Gawronski is leaving the company with immediate effect.
Mr. Mario Haas has already been with the company for four years. He will continue his previous responsibilities as Head of the Fire Protection business unit.The Chairman of the Shareholders’ Council of Fagus-GreCon, Stephan Weber, explains these changes: “The shareholders would like to thank Dr Gawronski for his important achievements and contributions and wish him all the best for the future. At the same time, with the appointment of Mr Haas as the third Managing Director, we are emphasising the growing importance of the Fire Prevention business unit in our company.” The Measuring Technology business unit, which is developing positively, will continue in its current form.
Within the management team, Dipl.-Kfm. Uwe Kahmann will remain responsible for all commercial areas of the company and its subsidiaries and the UNESCO World Heritage Site Fagus-Werk. Dipl.-Ing. Alexander Kuppe will continue to head the Marketing, Sales, After Sales and Service departments.
