From May 22 to 26, euroTECH Vertriebs GmbH will be presenting its innovative vacuum handling solutions for a wide range of wood processing applications at LIGNA 2017, the international trade fair for the wood processing and woodworking industry, in Hannover. Besides its comprehensive selection of vacuum components, the vacuum specialist focuses on handling devices from the eT-Hover, eT-Lift and eT-Gripper product families. Visitors of Booth E14 in Hall 16 get to experience how easily sheet goods can be picked and loaded with vacuum technology.
For the first time euroTECH will be presenting its 180-degree turner, eT-Hover-loop, from the eT-Hover product family of lifting devices in the field of wood processing. The eT-Hover-loop turns large-surface, vacuum-sealed loads of different materials by 180 degrees. The lifting device uses a linear actuator to turn plates with a weight of up to 500 kg.
Another device that will be presented at the event is the eT-Hover-allround. This vacuum lifter unifies several functions in one machine: rotating, pivoting and crane operation. With a maximum carrying capacity of 500 kg, it can turn loads by 90 degrees or rotate them infinitely by 360 degrees.
Whenever wooden plates, boxes, glass panes, sacks, canisters or similar items need to be lifted, stacked or relocated quickly, easily and flexibly, the eT-Lift tube lifter is your best choice. The versatile lifting and positioning devices can be used for almost any application; they are easy to handle and equipped with an ergonomic one-hand control system. Thanks to their quick-swap system, changing tools only takes a few easy steps. The graded carrying capacities range from 20 kg up to 250 kg.
This year, the eT-Gripper vacuum suction boxes with their weight-saving light-metal profile will also be displayed at the exhibition. They are suitable for frequently varying surfaces and formats and capable of handling smooth, rough-sawn, uneven and undulating structures equally well. Their sturdy, material-efficient light-metal profile and optimised layout of flow limitations ensure a high suction air rate. They can be part of a portal or robotic solution. Visitors to the euroTECH booth get to try out the latest generation of eT-Grippers.
Another highlight of the euroTECH booth will be the company’s commissioning and loading solutions: several films will show visitors how to simplify these tasks by using vacuum technology.
