DOMOTEX Middle East 2025 has successfully concluded at the Dubai World Trade Centre, reinforcing its position as a leading international platform for innovation, craftsmanship, and collaboration in the global flooring sector. Over the span of three days, the event attracted manufacturers, designers, buyers, and industry leaders from around the world, with Dubai showcasing its growing influence as a trade and design hub.
With 100 exhibitors from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, the exhibition featured a wide array of flooring solutions, from luxurious handmade carpets to cutting-edge, sustainable materials. These displays highlighted the industry’s shift towards premium, eco-conscious products, reflecting the region’s demand for high-quality and design-driven solutions. The event also saw strong participation from architects, developers, and interior designers, further establishing DOMOTEX Middle East as the go-to event for sourcing innovative products aligned with ambitious regional development projects.
Sonia Wedell-Castellano, Global Director of DOMOTEX at Deutsche Messe AG, emphasized the success of the event, stating, “DOMOTEX Middle East 2025 showcases the vibrant global flooring market and underscores Dubai’s pivotal role as a center for international business and design. Visitors marveled at large-format silk pieces, which showcased the mastery of traditional weavers alongside new technological advancements pushing the boundaries of artisanal production. First-time exhibitor Condor Group’s Marketing Manager, Kim Koning, noted, “DOMOTEX Middle East has been a valuable platform for us to introduce our European-designed flooring solutions to the GCC market, fostering quality conversations and strong international interest.”
Laurent Messara, Managing Director at Messara Trading, echoed similar sentiments, adding, “The event’s strong international presence allowed us to present our latest sustainable flooring designs to an engaged audience, providing invaluable insights and connections.”
As the event closes, the momentum will carry forward to DOMOTEX Hannover 2026, set to take place from 19 to 22 January 2026. This flagship event promises to continue driving innovation and growth in the global flooring and interior finishing sectors.
