The CLASSEN Group welcomed new changes in its sales structure to bring in a blow of fresh air and a new dynamic to the family business. This change aims to strengthen the sales structure within the company. The CLASSEN Group plans to make use of the change to promote closer networking and cross-departmental cooperation for better business growth and development.
Highlighting the importance of the change, Dr. Hans-Jürgen Hannig, founder and CEO of the family company said, “By implementing our new sales structure, the CLASSEN Group is well equipped to successfully meet the challenges of the current market and to design innovative solutions that will position us strongly for the future.” The company also aims to create a corporate culture based on collaboration and creative exchange that will be initiated by the fresh change.
One of the innovations is that Mathias Gorecki was appointed to the group management. Being an integral part of the CLASSEN Group for 30 years, Mr. Gorecki will now take on a significant role at group level and drive the company’s sale strategy hand-in-hand with Céline Quervel. Céline continues to head corporate marketing and is now responsible for overall sales at the family level.
Moritz Menier will take responsibility for the strategically important North and South America market. He will now drive forward the new investment projects for the CLASSEN Group in the USA. David Hussey takes over the management of important export markets, such as the markets of Western Europe, Scandinavia and the Middle East. He will now be using his extensive market knowledge and experience in the field of laminate flooring to bring in new developments for the company.
The freshly developed sales team of the CLASSEN group has been formed to put special focus on a close exchange among all the departments of the company. Cross-departmental teams are specifically deployed to successfully introduce new products such as the innovative CERAMIN Flex (PP Dryback). The company is also investing intensively in digitalisation to further extent the usage of innovative technologies and digital solutions to strengthen the inter relationships and customer interaction.
