Modern technologies for roller coating that BÜRKLE offers
BÜRKLE offers their customers a variety of line technologies for roller coating. Not only the processing of different surfaces such as wood and glass with different coatings, but also the integration of BÜRKLE handling systems and drying lines are among their strengths in the field of roller coating. The requirement-specific design of coating lines with working widths of 700 to 3300 mm enables their customers to achieve optimum production conditions.
BÜRKLE Spray Coating Lines
As a producer of furniture, wood-based panels, kitchens, doors or flooring, you fulfil your customers´ desire for sophisticated and high-quality design. BÜRKLE’s contact-free spray coating technology also allows one to coat non-flat workpieces with an optimum surface result. In addition, with their individually adaptable handling and drying systems, they offer their customers comprehensive know-how for a modern production system.
PUR hotmelt lamination lines
Lamination is one of the oldest processes for the continuous surface finishing of wood. The use of PUR hotmelt adhesives provides a wide range of gluing options for different materials such as paper, foils and laminates. The surface results range from high gloss to super matt. With laminating lines from BÜRKLE, they enable their customers with small to large production capacities to produce a wide range of products.
