Bürkle offers high user benefits thanks to advanced digital engineering

One of the focal points is on the field of spray-coating. Bürkle is presenting a fully automatic ROBUSpro spray-coating system in combination with a robot handling system. A new air conditioning system is designed to be particularly energy-efficient and additionally ensures less overspray. In the entry-level model ROBUSeco, functional improvements such as in HMI operation and additional options for color and material changes ensure higher machine availability.

Bürkle recently introduced its interesting new developments and it presented the innovations at the biggest trade show. This innovation however, includes the use of industrial edge computing, the possibilities of OPC-UA connections, and the further development of virtual commissioning/digital twins. Together with technology partner Siemens, Bürkle has established the cornerstones of a solid and future-oriented digital roadmap.

ROBUSpro: Developed for industrial spray coating

Based on a linear guide with up to 8+8 guns, we offer our customers with the ROBUSpro a solution for spray coating under industrial requirements. Optimal air flow as well as lacquer recovery and belt cleaning units ensure spray coating technology at the highest level.

ROBUSpro Rotation: Industrial spray coating with rotation system

Up to 10+10 guns and a rotating application system form the basis of our ROBUSpro Rotation. In addition to the completely optimised air flow, the two different booth sizes for individual coating speeds allow for ideal spray coating results.

As a producer of furniture, wood-based panels, kitchens, doors or flooring, you fulfil your customers´ desire for sophisticated and high-quality design. This contact-free spray coating technology also allows you to coat non-flat workpieces with an optimum surface result. In addition, with our individually adaptable handling and drying systems, we offer you comprehensive know-how for a modern production system.
