Bjelin has entered the Italian market through a strategic partnership with Fast Wood, a respected flooring distributor in Italy. By uniting Bjelin’s innovative Woodura flooring technology with Fast Wood’s strong market expertise, this collaboration opens promising new opportunities within the rapidly evolving flooring industry.
“We chose to partner with Fast Wood because of their extensive network and deep experience in direct distribution to builder merchants,” says Simen Torstensen, Regional Manager Europe at Bjelin. “Their reach and reputation make them the ideal partner for expanding our commercial footprint – particularly within the hospitality sector, where we already have a large hotel project under discussion.” Simen added further.
Headquartered in Milan, Fast Wood is a family-owned company led by Paolo Nosenzo, specializing in premium wood flooring since 1991. With a strong reputation among architects, a network of over 250 contractors throughout Italy, partnerships with hotel chains in Italy and Germany, and a growing retail presence, Fast Wood will now distribute Bjelin’s Woodura Planks and Woodura Herringbone collections.

Woodura flooring is made with the revolutionary Woodura technology, developed by Bjelin’s sister company Välinge Innovation, making these wood floors three times stronger than traditional wood floors and more durable. This partnership will see Fast Wood promoting Bjelin’s products to architects, contractors, retail agents and consumers across Italy and beyond.
