SMARTECH’s pioneering SmartWax Sys wax suspension system transforms the way wax is used. It empowers engineered wood manufacturers to reduce costs significantly, improve product quality and gain superior control over the manufacturing process. Employing SMARTECH’s proprietary and patented suspension technology, SmartWaxSys dramatically reduces the cost of wax or emulsion used in the manufacturing process. It cuts wax or emulsion costs by tens of percent for all types of engineered wood panels (MDF, OSB, Particle Board and others) as well as gypsum and other building products.
