Sarah Cox Interiors transformed the library at Ladysmith School in Exeter, UK, into an inspiring woodland-themed learning environment. Featuring rich green tones and natural wood finishes, the design incorporates Formica® Laminate in F6901 Vibrant Green, F4177 Lime, and F7897 Spectrum Green across shelving fronts and key design elements. Paired with birch-faced plywood, the laminates create a striking visual contrast while providing the durability required for a busy educational setting.
The teaching staff and pupils are thrilled with the results, demonstrating how thoughtful design and the right laminate solutions can create a dynamic, welcoming, and highly functional school library. By incorporating vibrant colours, durable materials, and child-friendly elements, the revamped library now serves as a hub of inspiration and exploration.
