SurfaceTechnology Germany opens its doors on June 21 at the Stuttgart Exhibition Centre, featuring a comprehensive and up-to-the-minute presentation of products and solutions. For the first time after the pandemic-induced break, representatives from throughout the surface technology industry will be meeting there to gather and exchange information on the latest developments and trends.

Its cross-sector nature means that surface technology is at home in all corners of industry. The spectrum of industrial sectors from which visitors come to SurfaceTechnology Germany is correspondingly broad. The event provides the surface technology industry with a platform in Europe on which companies can search selectively for efficient solutions and competent partners for their diverse requirements across materials and technologies. After a four-year break, the exhibitors at SurfaceTechnology Germany will be showcasing numerous product innovations and refinements. Sustainability and resource efficiency are, as in so many industries, focal topics here as well.

“With over 220 national and international exhibitors from around 20 countries, we have succeeded in organizing an attractive event,” says Hendrik Engelking, Global Director at Deutsche Messe AG. “A great many sectors, such as the metalworking and automotive industries, as well as medical technology and aerospace, will find products and innovations for surface coating at SurfaceTechnology Germany.”

The Expert Forum at SurfaceTechnology Germany delivers concentrated know-how every 20 minutes on all three days of the event. The Expert Forum is a must-see event for every trade visitor, starting on Tuesday afternoon with presentations on the topics of Cleaning and Pre-treatment as well as Energy and Material Efficiency.

Exhibitors and visitors to SurfaceTechnology Germany will benefit from four concurrent events: LASYS, International Trade Fair for Laser Materials Processing in Hall 4; CastForge, Trade Fair for Castings and Forgings with Machining in Halls 3 and 5; Automotive Testing Expo in Halls 8 and 10; and Autonomous Vehicle Technology Expo in Hall 6. Attendees with a ticket to any one of these events can visit all of them.
