Schmalz recently introduced its newest invention : the Bellows Suction Cups FSGC. For handling packaged goods in logistics and distribution centres, these packaging specialists are outfitted with a spherical bellows suction cup with 4.5 folds. When moving cardboard boxes, paper bags, poly bags, and shipping bags between cells during sorting, these cups come in very helpful.
Product highlights
The enhanced stroke and flexible sealing lip of these premium suction cups enable them to adapt well to various workpiece contours. A greater shaft diameter and an improved bellows shape are features of the bellows suction cups FSGC. For rapid suction cup replacement, it in fact uses one-piece plug-in connection components. The device is available in NBR-55 with a suction cup with 4.5 folds.

The new range is available from Schmalz in a size of 40, with suction cup material of Nitrile rubber NBR. The material hardness [Shore A] is about 55 Shore A. The nipple material is a classic Aluminum and vacuum connection is approx G1/4″-M and G1/4″-F. The number folds is in the raito of 4.5.
