Raute welcomes new changes in the composition of its Executive Board. The change came into existence from the January 1, 2024.
Mr. Petri Strengell, Executive Vice President, Wood Processing business unit, accepted the new role in Raute’s Wood Processing business unit heading the project delivery with a special focus on ensuring successful delivery of the major mill-sized orders received in 2023. At the same time, he stepped down from the Executive Board.
Mr. Jani Roivainen, currently Executive Vice President, Analyzers business units, has been appointed Executive Vice President, Wood Processing business unit. Mr. Roivainen will also continue in an acting role as the Executive Vice President, Analyzers business unit, until his successor has been nominated.
The company has initiated search process for the new Executive Vice President, Analyzers business unit.

We have received all-time high order intake in 2023 with many significant mill-sized orders and want to ensure best possible resources in managing these delivery projects. I’m very pleased that Petri, with his long Raute experience, is taking the role in heading this area. I want to also congratulate Jani for assuming the new role in the Executive Board, following the good development of Analyzers business under his leadership.
