The decision of postponing HOLZ-HANDWERK 2022 until July 12-15, 2022 has been well appreciated by the industry. The team at NürnbergMesse is now working with customers and partners to prepare this special 20th edition in the summer. Many manufacturers expressed support for postponing this event and have made a firm commitment to attend in July.
Stefan Dittrich, Director HOLZ-HANDWERK, comments: “By postponing the exhibition until July we are giving all participants the opportunity to plan with more confidence and have ensured more reliable overall conditions for holding HOLZ-HANDWERK and FENSTERBAU FRONTALE in 2022. Exhibitors assessed the new dates critically: Those in favour of postponement focused on the pandemic and the associated uncertainty surrounding a March timing. Those who initially took a sceptical position were influenced by questions such as product availability, overlapping dates, and sometimes also holiday times. That’s why we’re all the more pleased with the high level of commitment, and we are confident the new, one-off summer schedule will prove a winner!”
