Fapil continues to impress with a wide range of tools and accessories required in different types of processing.

“Every man imprints in life the imprint of his own nature “. The story of Fapil (Equipment Factory for the Wood Industry) is a “family matter”, of the Pesenti family. Since Francesco Pesenti founded the company in 1959, the passion for mechanics has become the trait d’union and even today, after more than sixty years, the constant search for quality and the application of cutting-edge technologies continue to guarantee Fapil customers a wide range of tools and accessories suitable for the most varied types of processing.

A wide range of standard and custom made profile tools to meet the demands of the most technically advanced doors and windows machining processes. High quality tools designed according to the product being machined. Panel raising insert cutters, door profile insert cutters, glue jointing insert cutters, door rabbeting insert cutters, insert grooving cutters, high performance insert cutters, as well as sets for tools for machining window and door frames on CNC machining centers.

In the 2000s, Fapil also experimented with new application sectors for its tools, starting to produce cutters for sectors complementary to that of wood: a line of tools for plastic processing and, later, for composite materials; milling cutters for model making, shipyards, space aircraft, bioenergetics and automotive, combining the processing of diversified materials with a long working life, with the search for optimal cutting angles and the coating and finishing of their tools.

Over the years the Zogno-based company has developed – in collaboration with important machine manufacturers – a wide range of tools to meet the most advanced production needs in wood and plastic processing, in compliance with the European regulation.

This innovative approach has always allowed the Bergamo-based company to satisfy the demands of constantly evolving markets, thanks to the professionalism in the production of both standard and special cutting tools , with customised solutions made according to the type of material to be processed.
