Nine young trainees took a step towards their professional future at the Eppingen machine and plant manufacturer DIEFFENBACHER. They have begun their training on classic technical and commercial apprenticeships. This training also includes dual and cooperative courses of study.
Despite the current restrictions caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the family business has decided to hold the introductory week that traditionally takes place at the start of training this year – of course, in compliance with all applicable precautionary and hygiene measures.
After a one-day internal kick-off program with an official welcome round by co-partner Axel Dieffenbacher, the team of trainers and the works council, the group went to the three-day team workshop at the Haus Steinheim training center in Steinheim an der Murr under the motto “You are by far the best”. The aim of the workshop was to strengthen the feeling of togetherness among the new trainees and with the training team. Distance rules and minor content adjustments did not prevent the new DIEFFENBACHER trainees from gaining a lot of positive experiences together and thus achieving the set goal in next to no time.
After an eventful week of getting to know each other, the regular professional training in the departments begins.
Dieffenbacher wishes the new trainees and students a good start in their new phase of life and a successful training.
