Cefla presents an ensemble of innovations at LIGNA 2019

Cefla Finishing Processes emphasized on presenting a host of innovations in each processes, such as spray coating solutions, 3D digital printing, wrapping and roller coating.

Digital Printing:
Advanced machines from the company supports integrated digital printing solution on various surfaces, such asplastic surface, fibre cement, packaging, ceramic, wall lining, glass, graphic communication and wall lining.

 

 

 

 


Robowrap:
Latest Robowrap developments are exhibited at LIGNA. The advanced profile wrapping machine, now with fully automated set-up machine meets customer expectation. Robowrap, advances robotic technology to meet customer need and reduces time.

 

 

 

 

Spray-coating equipment since 1960:
Decade old technology, now far more advanced and upgraded to meet modern day demand in the manufacturing and woodworking industry. Cefla finishing technology and advanced spray-coating machine is at LIGNA showfloor to demonstrate ways of meeting current market need that may be further tailored within the integrated production context and support future market needs.

 

 

 

 

Omnidry with Flexpro function:
Omnidry, the final frontier in vertical oven design, provides the revolutionary capability for fully automatic management of piece height, while retaining all the outstanding characteristics of a standard Cefla vertical oven. It can carry out all three stages (flash off, drying and cooling), even for coatings that need longer drying times, while minimising the use of floor space. The number of trays can be varied from 16 to 168.
