LIGNA 2019: shaping the future with innovations from REX Maschinenfabrik

At LIGNA 2019 REX Maschinenfabrik is all set to unveil the new SPEEDMASTER planning calibration machine series focused at “potential for saving raw materials”.

 

Schwarzenbeck is recognised for manufacturing tools and distributes wood processing machinery under the brand name REX. REX Maschinenfabrik predominantly specialises in planning machines is known for manufacturing different types of woodworking tools and grinder. The high-performance planing machines produced by the brand are generally used in glue laminated timber production, solid structural timber as well as cross laminated timber and in sawmills and planing mills. With the range of machines TIMBERMASTER, SPEEDMASTER, BIGMASTER and SUPERMASTER, REX Maschinenfabrik successfully meets the need of both mid-sized and large enterprises in different sectors.

 

Given this impressive scope, REX Maschinenfabrik is taking part in LIGNA in Hannover, the world’s leading trade fair for woodworking and timber processing. This year, REX is training the spotlight on its new SPEEDMASTER series of planing calibration machines. The predecessor of this machine “REX Equalizer” system was launched in KIGNA last year. The new model this year has a special feature, that is the feed system, which can be used to convey material through the machine without planing it. The goods to be transported can be raw or pre-planed. By exhibiting this new efficient addition to the SPEEDMASTER machine series – which features state-of-the-art machine control technology and is designed to meet the latest safety regulations and guidelines – REX aims to show the international visitors to LIGNA 2019 its ever-growing experience in optimizing wood resources.
